A range of elective courses is offered in social sciences, humanities and in areas of general interest. The teaching methodology at SSE Riga is very intensive and interactive, and involves lectures, seminars, case-studies, assignments, project work and internships. Written examinations are given in each course. The programme is led by local and international faculty.
The Executive EMBA programme provides students with knowledge, analytical skills, confidence and language skills to add value to their career development, their organisations and the community. The Executive MBA classes are comprised of no more than 25 students with various academic and professional backgrounds who can both contribute to and benefit from the programme through the unique experience of group synergy. The programme is designed to allow the students to balance career, family and studies during two years of intensive Executive MBA studies.
